Corey is Registered Early Childhood Educator with over ten years of experience working in the Early Years and Family Support Sector. She currently works as a Parenting Worker for the TDSB EarlyON Program. Corey is passionate about supporting positive parent-child interactions and nurturing healthy early childhood development through play-based learning and family support programs. She is also a parent who is deeply concerned about the climate crisis and who is involved in various community climate actions. In addition to her early years and family support experience, Corey has ten years of project coordination, research, and organizational experience in the environmental and community development sectors - with a focus on outreach and communications, workshop/event planning, and educational resource development.
