About Corey Jones

Corey Jones is a seasoned banking professional with over 17 years of experience in the industry. He is dedicated to supporting the economic success and financial security of business owners in North Florida. Throughout his career, Corey has consistently achieved sales targets and driven revenue growth by building strong, lasting relationships with clients. His success is due, in large part, to his exceptional ability to establish trust and rapport with customers. Corey is a proud alumnus of the University of North Florida, where he earned both a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Finance. He furthered his banking expertise by graduating from the 3-year Florida Bankers Association's Florida School of Banking program at the University of Florida. Notably, Corey achieved the distinction of serving as the CEO of a team that emerged victorious in the American Bankers Association’s Bank Management Simulation BankExec competition. Continuing his commitment to education, Corey now serves as an adjunct professor at UNF's Coggin College of Business. He is an active member of the UNF Coggin Graduate Alumni Network and the UNF Management Department Advisory Council. Additionally, he dedicates time as a student mentor with UNF's Diversity in Business program, ensuring he remains actively engaged with the university community. Corey is deeply committed to giving back to his community and currently holds leadership positions on two boards. He serves as Treasurer and Chair-Elect for the Jacksonville Community Council Inc. and as Education Chair for Jacksonville Business Professionals. In addition to his community involvement, Corey co-hosts and produces the popular Jacksonville Jaguars podcast "Down by the Bank," which he has been a part of since 2016. A proud Jacksonville native, Corey is a lifelong Jaguars fan. In his personal life, he is happily married to his wife, Katrina, and they are the proud parents of two daughters, Amelia and Ava.
