While working for Comcast Xfinity, awarded the distinguished honor of “Comcast Elite” which is given to the top 5% of the entire organization for sales and customer satisfaction for the 2022 fiscal year. I've been able to take the motivation, experience, and dedication of service before self from my time in the military and translate that into the customer service career field. I've been awarded the "Top Customer Experience Rep" for the months of February 2024 and June 2024 in my current role. 6 years of experience in Law Enforcement servicing in a variety of assignments.
