My career has been anything but predictable—and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I’ve gone from calming preschool tantrums to responding to 911 calls as an EMT, from teaching 8th-grade U.S. history to guiding 3rd and 6th graders, and from coaching teachers to leading schools. Every step has shaped my perspective on education, leadership, and what it means to truly make an impact. What drives me? Seeing people grow. Whether it’s a student finally mastering a tough concept, a teacher discovering their strengths, or a team coming together to solve challenges, I thrive on those moments of progress. Leadership, to me, isn’t about titles—it’s about creating the right conditions for success, building systems that work, and empowering others to shine. Education is always evolving, and so am I. I’m passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making a real difference—inside and outside the classroom.
