About Corey Norman

I am an experienced organizational design and innovation professional who works directly with stakeholders in the discovery, design, development and management of strategies, structures, systems and culture. For the past 10+ years I’ve built a career of helping organizations grow and evolve with purpose. As an experienced leader and manager, I have lead small and large teams to build a culture of creativity and innovation in the pursuit of impact. Today, I work with employees and Senior Leadership to build organizational capacity and to explore and grow new capabilities. With the uncertain and increasingly complex, ambiguous and volatile space organizations operate in, it is vital to both solve the immediate challenges they are faced with but also to learn how to deal with whatever comes next. I fill this critical gap for organizations by working alongside and collaborating with staff to help them find solutions while learning the skills necessary to do so on their own in the future. I am an avid traveler, non-fiction reader, budding foodie, and coffee drinker.
