Currently, I am employed as a Field Service Engineer at EV Group, where I am responsible for the installation, service, troubleshooting, and repair of sophisticated electronic and electromechanical equipment. In this role, I have developed strong problem-solving skills and an ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. I assist customers in identifying and resolving equipment and process-related issues, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. I also manage preventive maintenance, equipment servicing, and troubleshooting to resolve complex process variations. Previously, I worked as a Production Test Technician at Lam Research, where I further honed my troubleshooting abilities and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives. I was responsible for preparing technical reports, identifying deficiencies in processes, and supporting production teams in meeting their goals. Experienced Former Active Duty with a demonstrated history of working in the electrical and electronic manufacturing industry. I specifically worked on the FCS MK 99 Fire Control System, 400Hz ACSSFC power distribution system, and over the last year of my service had exclusively troubleshot and repaired circuit cards using the 2M program.
