Throughout the course of my professional career, I have consistently been entrusted with greater levels of responsibility due to my acumen for leadership and accountability. As you scroll through my profile below, you will note that I have a track record of success in the banking, mortgage lending, and financial services industry. That said, I am also confident that my skill set is transferable to any organization in need of a strong leader who clearly defines objectives, motivates teams, increases customer satisfaction, and surpasses KPIs. Please allow me to highlight a few achievements: After initially being onboarded with Listerhill Credit Union as an Outside Mortgage Loan Officer, I was quickly promoted to Regional Manager. After 2 years in that role, I was once again elevated to Vice President of Retail – Growth & Development where I have been able to have major impact since assuming the role in 2019. For example, I led a high performance team that lowered losses by 70%. I was also considered integral during the pandemic when I led the transition of branches to self-serve operations.
