In partnership with the product development team, we improved quality with increased user adoption by 33% and decreased complaint observations by $250K. I directed the investigation process in collaboration with the development and technical services teams which increased market share by 3.5%. I served as a lead in-circuit manufacturing test engineer for 8 testers including 300+ fixtures and test plans for printed circuit board assemblies. In my lead quality engineer position, I built and created a post-market investigatory process and standard to oversee safety and product performance of 4 different cardiac programmers used for implants globally.
