With over 12 years of experience at Mimecast and a solid foundation in technical and instructional roles, I’ve built a career on the pillars of problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership. My journey has taken me through roles ranging from First Line Support Engineer to my current position as a Senior Instructional Designer, giving me a 360-degree view of both technical operations and the human side of technology. I thrive at the intersection of technology and learning, where I design creative, impactful training solutions that empower individuals and teams to succeed. My hands-on experience leading implementation teams, managing complex projects, and engineering solutions has honed my ability to translate technical challenges into actionable learning experiences. Before my time at Mimecast, I served in the U.S. Air Force Reserve as a Cyber Systems & Operations Technician. This role instilled in me a strong sense of discipline, attention to detail, and a mission-driven mindset. It also prepared me for the fast-paced environments I’ve excelled in over the years. Throughout my career, I’ve been known for being collaborative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with a knack for simplifying complex concepts and fostering teamwork. Whether I’m leading an implementation project, solving technical issues, or crafting instructional designs, I’m driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact.
