Over the past decade, my work experience has been focused on personalized customer satisfaction. I've had the wonderful opportunity to work with large national and international companies while being based in a smaller work environment myself. The large corporations I've had the privilege to work with have provided me with the unique opportunity to focus on achieving high quality within a certain aspect of their operations. Corporate travel has given me the ability to be a key "behind the scenes" component for the travelling entertainment industry and international studies foundations. While seldom being able to work with my clients face to face, I did get to know them on a close level and was able to anticipate their needs as far our as 3 months and sometimes as soon as tomorrow. Staffing in the Charlotte, NC area has given me a more 1 on 1 relationship with my clients as I'm able to schedule regular in person meetings and events. Having the opportunity to be on site also helps me gain a clearer picture of client needs. My favorite comment that I often receive from clients is that they're amazed at my customer service abilities. They're always very please with my punctuality, honesty and quality results. I may play a small role in the daily work lives of my clients, but my role is extremely crucial and I'm proud to have such a high level of responsibility in their success.
