About Corey Stubanas

My passion for event planning extends to both my professional life and personal life. The isolation of the Covid pandemic and the recent polarization of our country has reinforced my belief that people need to meet face-to-face to produce a healthy society and political system. At Founding Forward, I work to arrange top-quality speakers events about American and Philadelphian history and educate students and teachers about civic responsibilities. When volunteering for the Knights of Columbus, I founded and continue to direct my parish’s pancake breakfast and fish fry. Adding to my experience at the World Affairs Council, studying in the St. Andrews - William & Mary Joint Degree Program strengthened my ability to work in different cultures and environments. Outside of school I learned Portuguese so I could enjoy music, history, and culture in multiple languages.
