About Corey Vaughn

A learning facilitator with years of experience in traditional academic settings, as well as over a decade of experience in museum and informal learning environments. Dedicated to creating experiences that engage all learners, young or old, leads to an unbridled passion for History and teaching that merge into an innovative and versatile leader and educator. A long-standing history of creating educational programs on a wide variety of topics, as well as leading other educators on how to best administer learning programs, in addition to adapting vital information so that many different types of learners can best utilize that knowledge. Additional areas of strength include-Adapting information to best suit the educational needs and styles of different learners, both inside and outside of the traditional classroom setting -Planning, organizing, and administering educational programs, such as Historical Reenactments, ranging in size from one classroom, to an entire weekend-long event -Consults with museums, historical societies, and other non-profit organizations in the research, preservation, and presentation of historical subjects and artifacts
