About Cori Daniel

My mission as an educator and arts integration specialist is to empower students' natural curiosity and foster empathy by creating cultures of belonging as well as building cross-cultural learning environments. I aim to engage students by weaving artistic practice, mediums, and art standards with core curriculum, while also molding spaces to fit the needs of all of my students and compliment the unique talents of each individual in my class. As a teacher, I lean toward using contemporary teaching methodology based on neuro-educational research to captivate student attention, boost comprehension and retention, and inspire interest and joy in learning. I believe that it's never too late to be whatever you want to be and I approach every experience, both in and out of the classroom, as an opportunity to learn, grow, and evolve.
