I specialize in aligning people, process, and technology to accelerate onboarding, shorten sales cycles, and empower revenue teams to succeed. But beyond metrics and milestones, I'm deeply passionate about independence, inclusion, and accessibility. Diagnosed with Stargardt disease at age 10 and later with Cone Rod Dystrophy, I am legally blind — but I've never allowed challenges to define my path. I’ve made it my mission to educate others, challenge assumptions, and make the world more accessible—one conversation, strategy, or presentation at a time. Whether I'm coaching a sales team, designing enablement programs, or speaking on digital accessibility and assistive technology, I lead with empathy, purpose, and a relentless drive to create impact.
