As the Assignment Editor leading OMNI News' story gathering efforts in Toronto, Corin crafted daily editorial coverage plans supporting the production of seven current affairs programs. He developed culturally reflective stories impacting newcomers and Canada’s third language communities. Whether it's chasing diverse voices, developing content ideas or deploying crew to cover breaking news, Corin worked quickly and effectively to ensure newsroom needs were met and exceeded. Graduating with honors from Sheridan College's Broadcast Journalism program, Corin received a Shaw Media Scholarship for merit and dedication to the journalism craft. His college doc "Life In A Cab" was recognized by the Broadcast Educators Association of Canada winning Best Documentary Short.
