I am a driven and passionate learning and development facilitator, supporting the development of staff capabilities at South East Technological University (SETU). As Stream 2 Lead of the N-TUTORR Project, I am committed to supporting staff through their continuing professional development journey within the 6 key themes of the project, as well as investing in my own along the way. With over 18 years experience in the higher education sector, I have been involved in the development and operationalisation of staff training and development strategies, along with supporting new staff onboarding. I have extensive experience in the design and delivery of learning and development interventions, liaising with internal and external providers and stakeholders, to meet staff needs.
