In my current role as Augmented Delivery One Capgemini Investment Leader, I lead the strategic initiative to embed delivery assets and services in our group's various business lines, aiming to enhance the value proposition for our clients. My expertise includes program/project management, stakeholder management, technology adoption, and business process optimization. Notable achievements include leading large-scale Pega Delivery projects, spearheading PMO and governance transformations, and implementing innovative automation solutions across diverse sectors.
