About Corina Tatu

Results-oriented person with hight core values and continuous learning mindset. More than 8 years of experience, both in Customer Service and in the Operations Area, acting as key contact for clients and seeking to provide excellent service to the end customers by monitoring the evolution of the service and KPIs. Highly organized, committed person with strong personality, I consider myself having continous learning mindset, I am used to work under pressure. I have always managed large work teams, mostly remotely, so I balance my determination with strong communication skills, relationship building skills, and effective leadership, as I consider a good work environment to be the key that leads to successful service results. All my professional experiences have been very dynamic, and I experienced considerable growth. I went from managing small teams locally, of about 20 persons, to more than 100 persons located in different areas of Europe. In my latest project I have managed to successfully implement an application, and the necessary dashboards, which allows the instant recording of the productivity of each employee and gives us, as company, immediate access to the updated production data at all times. I am also familiar with the daily use of SAP and I have been involved in SAP integration working hand in hand with our development team. My integrity, honesty, courage, passion, determination, and persistence are core values that I bring with me every day in any project I´m involved with.
