About Corina Villa

I am the Radiation Patient Liaison at Urology America, I work in the Austin Center for Radiation Oncology (ACFRO) division of Urology Austin where I handle all of the prior authorizations for radiation, immunotherapies and radium pharmaceutical therapies. I also handle the revenue cycle process related to ongoing coverage and benefit verification for the listed cancer treatment services. I have over 5 years of experience handing the authorization processes on top of many years of years as a receptionist and scheduler. I have helped developed policies and protocols that are still being utilized today in various roles within ACFRO for a steady workflow. In my previous roles and current role I work directly with physicians and nurse practitioners to their needs are met accordingly. I have collaborated with other departments to contribute to efficient work flow and patient satisfaction. I am motivated by the goal of providing quality care and compassion to patients and their families.
