Over 34 years of broad hands-on research and development experience in both academic and industry environments focusing on advancing therapeutics from screening/early discovery to pre-clinical programs. A champion of innovative ideas and new approaches to aid in solving complex problems on time and on budget in research areas including in vivo translatable model development, gene regulation, assay development, in oncology, ophthalmology, skin and inflammatory diseases.
