About Corinna Alberti

Freshly graduated from University of Trento with a thesis in International Tax law. I now am a trainee lawyer in the Litigation Team of Orsingher Ortu - Avvocati Associati in Milan. I am also interested in Comparative and International Law, especially European Union law. Indeed, understanding which steps the European Union could take in order to approach the tax rivalry within its borders was the aim of my master thesis (“Fiscal competition between Member States: future prospects and Brexit”). I am fluent in English but still a fluent wannabe in German. I am currently attending various online courses to improve some areas that are not strictly legal but essential to a comprehensive legal education nonetheless. A perspective on modern China and CS50 for Lawyers, a variant of introduction to computer science specifically for lawyers, are the ones that I am finding the most interesting. If my university time taught me patience, I have grown to esteem teamwork thanks to my seven-year experience within the European Youth Parliament. There I learnt that any person has something valuable to offer. Someone’s background, personal history and hobbies are an unimaginable source for the improvement of the people around them.
