Using a proven methodology, I lead key stakeholders through the process of identifying pain points and bottlenecks to design and implement a solution that will improve efficiencies, reduce risk and automate the sharing of data will other systems and departments. Intapp solutions have been my primary focus for the past 10 years (Conflicts, Intake, Walls, Terms and Lateral Hires). I have fulfilled roles as a subject matter expert, process analyst and developer, business analyst, troubleshooter, team manager, vendor manager, lead communicator, facilitator, trainer, project/program manager and solution selection consultant. For the past 15 years I have focused on providing thought leadership, business analysis and project management services to improve new business intake processes and conflicts searching for more than 50 legal clients. Projects have included current and future state assessments, process mapping, design and development of new online forms and workflows, data mapping, architecture review, recommendations for implementation of intake process improvements based on best practices including AML, system integrations, identification of search/report requirements, metrics analysis, business and technical specifications and delivery of training and training materials. Other projects for my legal clients have included the management of software development teams, quality assurance teams, functional reviews, assessments, implementations and providing technical and business support to ensure successful delivery.
