With over a decade of experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale transformation projects, I specialise in driving strategic outcomes and people-centred solutions in leadership development, strategy execution and business agility. My career spans sectors including healthcare, community services, banking/finance, mining, IT and FMCG, ensuring alignment between organisational goals and stakeholder needs. Most recently with BTS Consulting, I partnered with global clients to co-deliver leadership initiatives that earned multiple Brandon Hall Awards, recognising excellence in innovation and impact. I worked with stakeholders to execute programs that embedded long-term behavioural and operational change, aligning with organisational strategy, using both waterfall and agile project management methodologies. Previously, at the University of Newcastle's Centre for Rural and Remote Mental Health (CRRMH), I contributed to mental health research and program delivery in rural and remote communities, focusing on data collection, impact evaluation, and performance optimisation to drive meaningful outcomes. At IDC Australia, I led consulting and research initiatives, managing projects with a 100% successful completion rate. My focus on governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement resulted in process improvements and client retention, earning recognition for leadership and customer satisfaction.
