Well rounded, highly motivated and energetic professional with a strong background in personnel services to include human resources, coaching, recruitment, training and counseling in both the military and civilian sector - that's the norm, right! Well be it all those things are true, I am also very passionate about making sure you are taken care of. Passionate, in this case can mean a lot of things, it is all in how you perceive it. I am an advocate for supporting the mission and utilizing gained skills to achieve any task I am afforded the opportunity to take on. I am not afraid to ask questions to make sure I get the job done - the right way! My mission is simple, I want to take care of people! As a civil servant, I strive to do everything I can to alleviate any stressor that could be transitional or everyday; I make sure you are taken care of -> I go through the fire so you don't have to. To say I am well versed in all things pertinent to the positions I have held would be a lie; I am constantly learning, creating and collaborating. I am teachable, trainable and ready to take on any challenge.
