I’m a skilled Senior Leader that is focused on establishing high performing teams with a clear vision, a sense of connection to team, Country and culture, demonstrates kindness, respect and a critical focus on delivering quality and impactful services and programs. My mission is to ensure the consequences of our decisions today, have a positive impact for generations to come. I have over 20 years experience within the Local Government sector, leading a diverse range of Departments and Projects that deliver services and programs which enhance the health, safety, wellbeing and resilience of our communities and the environment. I have skills and experience in strategic foresight planning, risk, emergency and crisis management, recovery, community resilience building, health and well-being, community development, compliance, climate adaptation, environment and resource recovery. My ability to develop strategic partnerships and networks that support and inform progressive and innovative strategies and outcome-based service provision. I also have a wealth of experience as the Yarra Ranges Municipal Emergency Manager having the strategic oversight of emergency events and have executive level crisis management skills. I foster a positive culture of shared leadership, personal growth, inclusion, and participation among my teams. and as a happy and energetic professional, I am open to new challenges and opportunities.
