Background
About Corinne Nield
Hi! My name is Corinne and I’m the Assistant Director of Career Services for the Master of Accounting (MAC) Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler. In this role, I get to help graduate students figure out their next career step, build professional skills, and connect with top accounting firms through our Structured Recruiting process. At the heart of my work the belief that everyone has unique strengths worth celebrating. As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I love helping students uncover what makes them stand out and feel confident navigating the (sometimes intimidating) world of career development. I’m especially passionate about demystifying the hidden rules of recruiting so the process feels more fair, transparent, and accessible for all. Before UNC, I supported students at Elon University and William & Mary. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me deep into my latest book club pick, playing guitar, cheering on Charlotte sports teams, or hanging out with my family, friends, and my 15-year-old cat, Zoey.Always happy to connect with educators, students, and professionals who care about student success and making the job search less stressful!Strengths: Futuristic, Positivity, Developer, Learner, Relator
