I believe that patient advocacy is one of the most important attributes of a nurse. One of the best ways I can do that is by being curious and pursuing additional opportunities to ensure I don’t miss critical information that could ultimately support the success of one of my patients. This love of learning has continued throughout my career. I’ve continued to challenge myself through continuous learning, new opportunities, and the completion of several speciality certifications, which has helped develop comprehensive nursing knowledge and provide a best-in-class patient experience. My background consists of a BSN and 18+ years in the medical field, with the last 7 years leading multi-disciplinary teams, managing healthcare operations and developing and managing programs, with experience in Occupational Health, Workers’ Compensation, Case Management, Population Health, Ambulatory Care, and Critical Care settings. In my recent role as Director of Workers’ Compensation & Occupational Health. I currently provide strategic direction and manage multiple projects simultaneously for over 55K employees, with proven success in driving revenue, performance improvements, and high levels of clinical and quality care.
