About Corky Glisczinski

My PASSION is to provide people with the support and tools that they need to be successful in their jobs, develop themselves, develop their teams or be a creative resource. I get JAZZED by being able to be an integral team member of an organization that needs a “Corky of all trades” that allows me to utilize my wide array of skills in organizational development, instructional design, office management, and project management in addition to tapping in to my creative side - all while enjoying the journey. Whether it's making marketing presentations and collateral, designing training, facilitating DiSC styles workshops, or supporting leaders in a fast moving environment, I'm up for the challenge! One of my SUPER POWERS is being able to take things out of peoples heads and create concepts backed up by materials that are functional and creative. I always strive to make training and tools to be useful and practical in order to be implemented and adopted, not just set on a shelf or filed in the cloud. My most recent instructional design projects were revamping an assistant manager two-day bootcamp and working with a team to create a five module (2.5 hour) Respect in the Workplace eLearning course. Other past projects were in areas such as leadership development, service training initiatives, sales playbooks and an onboarding program. MY ABILITIES & ATTRIBUTES • Adult Learning - has 20 years creating and implementing effective training using adult learning concepts • Change Management - uses change management best practices for behavior change initiatives • Quality - provides quality output with close attention to detail • Collaborative - collaborates effectively with different teams and personalities (internal & external)- works with all levels from individual contributors, front line managers, directors to executives • Creative - extracts concepts out of people’s heads to create functional graphics and materials • Flexible - manages multiple projects effectively (ability to switch gears and crank things out) • Resourceful - usually figures things out or finds someone or something to help figure things out • Radar O’Reilly - anticipates needs, supports internal team, and meets deadlines I LOVE helping others be successful and watching them implement change.
