Before I worked as a Senior Talent Advocate at hackajob, where I helped talented software engineers and developers find their dream jobs based on their skills and preferences. My main skills involve sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, negotiation, and engaging with talented professionals, to match them with the right opportunities. I have experience recruiting professionals from the procurement and IT industry. I have a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” University, where I learned how to evaluate, train, and counsel employees. I use my knowledge and skills in psychological assessment and intervention to create positive and productive work environments for both candidates and employers.
