As a Learning Performance Coach at American Express, I support the development and delivery of training programs for premium travel consultants, who provide customized travel solutions for premium clients. I leverage my expertise in leisure and business travel, booking platforms (GDS) and effective communication skills to create engaging and effective learning materials and assessments, and to monitor and evaluate the performance and feedback of the trainees and trainers.Before joining American Express as a premium travel consultant in August 2021, I worked as a customer service representative at Teleperformance for more than three years, where I handled inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from customers across various industries and regions. I also completed almost 2 years of undergraduate studies in Communication Research at Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where I learned how to conduct and analyze qualitative and quantitative research on various topics related to communication and media. I am passionate about learning new skills, exploring new places, and delivering excellent service to my clients and colleagues.
