About Cornelius Baral

Always open to new ideas, new people, new challenges. I would like to meet you and have a conversation. Being open and never judgmental is crucial today. WHO AM I? I am a determined person, who is constantly improving and shaping his know-how and personality. My professional journey started earlier compared to many other people. My apprenticeship at the BASF SE, as an electronic technician was the starting point. During this time I realized the potential to go beyond my boundaries. Since then I successfully completed studying Intercultural Management and Communication in Karlsruhe. This study program included a semester abroad, which I did in Canada. My thesis coped with the relevant topic of new work. Following my successful graduation, I started to work in a start-up in Hamburg. This time is helping me to learn how a business is structured and build up from the bottom. To be fair. Building a business is complicated and requires an extraordinary amount of work. At the same time, I am acquiring know-how in relation to start-ups and networking to promote the start-up. In particular, my language skills and other work experience help me to contribute to an exceptional combination of technical understanding, interpersonal skills, language skills, and management science.
