I am a passionate and hands-on leader who delivers double digit growth rates for primarely private equity portfolio companies and market leaders with a strong technical product and service background. In the past 15 years I have been responsible as C level Manager for driving growth, through acquisition, sales and scaling businesses on an European level for portfolio companies of APAX, FINDOS, GRÜNWALD EQUITY a.o. During that time I have managed complex add on acquisitions and their integration followed by larger business transformation. My professional passion is about people and to develop teams to built the next level of growth and operational excellence. During my professional life I have worked in Germany, UK, Eastern Europe, Italy, the US and parts of Africa. I am German citizen and fluent in German, Englisch and advanced in French, Swedish. At Biesse Group, I am serving our customers with ~ 4,500 employees in the housing, construction, furniture (wood, glass, stone applications) and aerospace sector.
