About Cornell Cummings

Hello everyone, I am a highly capable networking engineer and satellite communications technician who loves tinkering & troubleshooting communications systems and electronics. Although a bit eccentric and humble, I really strive to meet and overcome the challenges that life tends to throw at me both professionally and personally. With my strong passion for learning things about technology, I have taught myself many skills whether it’s for credit or not. I learned how to build and troubleshoot computer systems, how to network them and how to program them in a few programming languages. I also expanded upon my knowledge of basic electronics. I've learned how to solder by building a few Nixie tube clocks. I even modified the design of one of them for better operation. Next on my radar are cloud computing technologies, Advance Enterprise networking concepts, Python and better usage of Linux. Due to my experience in the military and time with L3 Technologies, I work extremely well in a team environment and under pressure. I also do well when going solo is needed.
