About Corrado Carbone

Committed and result oriented 21st century telecom professional. As I started my professional life in I developed my competences on the field, by always operating in international and challenging environments. Constantly implementing technology and process changes in multi-cultural teams (Asia, Africa, Europe), I normally act in customer facing roles leading directly or influencing by using transverse management techniques. I evolved from Network Designer (experience that helped me building strong technical basis) to Corporate Product Manager (experience that helped me developing internal corporate processes understanding) to Business Responsible at country level (experience that helped me understanding the complexity of the sales exercise). I also have direct people management experience, by building from scratch a team of up to 7 top performing people, experience that I loved. As responsible of a segment of the business, I secure my business growth by leveraging on company's assets, getting internal stakeholders buy-in and defining customized solutions for my company's customers. The solutions I define help operators and utilities improving their network performances, making them evolving according to business needs. Telecom business is a tremendously challenging and fast-changing environment. Last years technical evolution has dramatically improved people lives and changed the way we communicate. This all fascinates me and I want to keep on being an active part of it.
