Professional Experience Summary 35 years experience gained in Oil & Gas Industry, Renewable, Power, involved in Engineering, Procurement, Projects Management and Operating Management. I spent first 24 years with Technip. On September 2008 I was engaged as COO, Chief Operating Officer, of a middle size Italian Company (300 employees Turnover 2008: 85 million euros) leader in building sophisticated equipment, reporting directly to the Board of Directors. In this position, with direct reporting to me of 200 employees, I was in charge of management's operations ( 2 Production lines of business), Engineering and Procurement Departments, Sales, Project / Contract management (PM). also responsible for Quality Control (QC) and the Occupational Safety and Environmental HSE job formally delegated by the Head of the Board. On December 2009 I came back to Technip Rome Office involved as Proposal / Project Manager for Renewable (Concentrated Solar Power, Wind Offshore) and Nuclear initiatives getting on 2012 an Executive Master in Nuclear Power Plant at MIP. In between of 2013 and 2016 I was in charge of the Offshore Production Department in Technip Rome office. Key responsibilities in this role were to manage Operational Departments learning process in achieving the specific Offshore competence to support the Offshore activities execution starting from the early Conceptual Design through Process and Engineering up to Load out, T&I and Commissioning. Presently I'm Project Director in charge of a 1,8 billion$ EPC LSTK Oil & Gas Project. I enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging environment and proactive in problem solving and delivering to a high standard. A key attribute is my ability to manage and lead people, with substantial management skills and leadership to safely and efficiently deliver the assigned tasks. In addition, I like to pursue as "professional hobby" as Cycling / Triathlon ( IRONMAN) agonistic practicing and Coaching Sport Skills: FCI- level 1 cycling Coach FITRI-level 1 Triathlon Trainer
