About Corrina Gramma

I’m a brand and creative leader specializing in helping mission-driven organizations build the internal clarity, systems, and narratives required for sustainable growth. My work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, organizational design, and creative execution, often before marketing “results” are visible, but where long-term impact is made possible.I’ve partnered closely with founders and executive teams to facilitate strategy workshops, institutionalize knowledge, align cross-functional teams, and translate complex scientific or values-driven work into cohesive brand systems that can scale. I'm particularly interested in roles that bridge on-the-ground work with brand strategy, storytelling, and public trust. As the founder and chief creative officer of Masă Studio, I also help mission-driven brands better connect with and convert their target audiences. I've supported brand repositioning that increased qualified website traffic 20× and improved conversion clarity 3× by aligning messaging with audience trust and decision-making needs. I've also executed marketing projects with global clients including Afterpay, Chase, and Buzzfeed.
