About Corrina Johnstone

Registered Nurse, 10 years experience ranging from medicine, endoscopy, Perioperative, infection control and ambulatory care and women’s health. The bulk of my experience stems from the Perioperative setting where I have experience in the following services: Plastic surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedics, general surgery, urology, pediatric dentals, and gynaecology. I also have extensive knowledge in Infection Control practices during my time as a practitioner. I am in the process of completing my Canadian Accredited Certified Aesthetic Medical Practitioners Course. I have completed my Basics Neurotoxin theory and and patient practice days. In the next few weeks (Nov 2021) I will complete my Intermediate/Advanced injectable theory and practice days. I’m extremely motivated to learn and become an aesthetic nurse injector. My Canadian accredited course runs for 6 months in which I can practice on course patients as much as I can in that time period. I work great collaboratively as a team but also independently in my own practice. I enjoy learning and constantly growing the knowledge of my practice. Preventative measures pull my attention but also restorative medicine/measures. I want to help my patients as a whole. Patient education is important to me. To make even the smallest difference in each patient I care for is important to me.
