About Corrina Sharpton

I discovered my love of auditing during my time at Midland Mortgage, but the mortgage industry did not feel quite right. This is when I shifted to healthcare documentation processing and, during my time at Raster Masters, worked closely with upper management to build an internal auditing program from the ground up, and learned the back-end of third-party software to be more thorough in auditing. In 2022, I decided to explore the healthcare remittance side of this process. I started at RMS as a Data Integrity Specialist and quickly proved my attention to detail and desire to constantly learn more. January 2024, I was offered the Quality Control Analyst/Manager position, and began to build an internal auditing program from the ground up once again. I advanced my communication skills by making connections throughout the company, developed an understanding of the backend of proprietary software, as well as continued to develop my knowledge in healthcare remittance processing. In October 2024, I changed directions and became determined to learn more about the software/tech industry and started my Quality Assurance career at Paycom. I’m excited to explore this advancement in my career. I graduated in July 2024 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting and Ethics at Mid-America Christian University. I maintained a 4.0 during my time at MACU, and graduated with a 3.57 GPA.
