As a Senior Workflow Coordinator at HSN, I am responsible for managing the daily operations and workflows of the e-commerce team, ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of the online merchandising and sales processes. With over three years of experience in the e-commerce industry, I have developed strong skills in data analysis, sales strategy, and problem-solving, enabling me to deliver impactful solutions and results for the company and its customers. In addition to my role at HSN, I also work as a Bartender in the Executive Dining Room of the Philadelphia Phillies, where I provide exceptional service and hospitality to the VIP guests and staff of the sports organization. This experience has enhanced my communication and interpersonal skills, as well as my passion for the sports industry. I am excited to start my journey at Temple University this fall, where I will be pursuing my Master's Degree in Sport Business, with the goal of advancing my career and knowledge in this dynamic and competitive field.
