2014-2015 Accomplishments 1. Received ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Certification. Automated the testing of iOS and Android applications using an automation tool called Appium 2013-2014 Accomplishments: 1. I handled the automated testing of many WEB and MOBILE projects. I tested applications using many types of mobile devices (tablets and phones / Android and iOS). I helped develop a mobile testing automation framework using ruby, cucumber, and calabash scripting that uses one set test scenarios that runs on both on Android and on iOS devices and simulators, to test the same app being developed in parallel on both platforms. I became an expert user of Jira and TestLink 2012 Accomplishments 1. I created a test plan and delivered over documented test cases to our client Tru Hearing. This test plan became the foundation for building a test automation suite on a complex transaction system. I am an expert user of Selenium IDE. I used Selenium IDE to accomplish speedy regression testing while working at Tru Hearing and I am also currently using it at Pearson. I have created hundreds of tests in Selenium IDE. I now can discover more software issues in less time because I can use Selenium IDE with ease. I created a fully automated test framework on my own using Java, JUnit and Selenium Web Driver. I learned to use Java to incorporate Selenium Web Driver and Selenium API with a JUnit test. I was also able to accomplish running Selenium tests in parallel using several virtual machines by setting up a hub and several nodes. I played a large part in load and performance testing for Tru Hearing. I became a great resource for the developers by helping establish a baseline before software changes were implemented.
