Large format Retail Manger with a history of achieving division / district leading results in sales, customer service, and inventory control metrics. I have spent the last 17 years with a fortune 500 company moving from an entry level stock clerk position to Store Director. As a Store Director I have lead teams of 2 Assistant Directors, 8 supervisors, 9 department mangers and 120+ associates. In this role I am directly responsible and accountable for everything in a sq. ft. building with annual sales of over 32 million. I have also gained multi unit management experience with multiple district leadership assignments including acting District Manager. I am extremely proud of the accomplishments my teams and I have been able to achieve over my career.> We grew sales by 19.6% becoming the highest volume store in a district of 18.>Increased profit 10.5% in 2012 (best in the district), 8% in 2013 (4th), and 17% in 2014 (best in the district).>Drove sales from -2.8% to +8.8%> We were ranked number 1 in the district in service scores over multiple years.>Doubled customer satisfaction survey scores from 43% to 84%> Ranking number 1 in the district in shrink results for 5 consecutive years > Ranked number one in the division (305 stores) in year ending store report card numbers covering more then 30 categories. I would have to say most rewarding things I have been able to accomplish in my carer was the ability to help my associates grow and develop. I was able to do this by developing more then 50 members of the management teams including 3 store directors for the district, and by serving as the district facilitator for management development classes. I was also able to co-develop a supervisor development program for my district that was later rolled out division wide.
