I am currently Head of Corporate Banking for United Community Banks, Inc.(NASDAQ: UCBI) headquartered in Greenville, South Carolina. UCBI is a top 100 U.S. financial institution with $25.9 billion in assets, and through its subsidiaries, provides a full range of corporate and commercial banking, wealth management and mortgage services. Additional information about United can be found at Prior to joining United, I led the strategic transformation of BB & T’s corporate banking platform that developed a high-performing team to deliver integrated capital, treasury, investment, and risk management solutions for our large corporate and institutional clients across the US. I maintained full P&L responsibilities for BB & T’s Capital Markets Corporate Banking and Equipment and Governmental finance divisions, with combined total annual revenue of $700mil and over 200 associates. My expertise is in developing and executing strategies that generate asset and revenue growth from expanded service offerings, developing specialized verticals, and integrating businesses during and after mergers and acquisitions. My strengths in building long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships and operational systems deliver proven results.
