Creating a positive and motivational environment is what drives me as a person. I carry myself in a personable and charasmatic manner and I'm incredibly passionate about customer service and sales. I have built strong connections with individuals and other companies because of my attention to detail and trustworthiness. Teamwork and team building is crucial to establishing a stable crew. I naturally excel at working with people and bringing out their full potential by working hand in hand on the front lines. I genuinely believe in order to be an effective leader you have to be able to personally train and encourage your team. I've trained all of the Orlando Inmotion Entertainment stores and have also been a brand specialist for Beats By Dre and Monster Cable doing in-store training and training meetings on product knowledge and selling techniques. I strive to make sure that anytime a guest visits my location their experience is the best it can possibly be; by being professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and earnest. My vision is to be superb at what I do no matter what I'm doing and to shape those following me to the same level by specialized strategic guidance.
