As an accomplished finance and accounting professional, I help organizations make informed financial decisions and identify short and long-term risk/opportunities. Throughout my career I have taken on leadership roles in which I have been responsible for financial reporting and FP & A. I embrace “rolling up the sleeves” and hold myself accountable to deliver results. One of my strengths is the ability to build rapport by being authentic, transparent, and genuinely interested in the success of others. I empower my teams to do what they need to do to get the work done and be okay with making mistakes and “fail fast”. My inquisitive nature enables me to leverage what I learn from others to improve processes and quality of work. I strive to be resilient and work tirelessly to solve complex problems. In researching unfamiliar areas within an organization, I identify and utilize SMEs to help me work through situations to make informed decisions and conclusions. Additionally, I try to educate whoever may be a recipient of my work, ensuring their understanding as to how conclusions were derived.
