About Cory Carter

With almost two decades of customer service experience, I strive to provide each client of Megamation the best possible experience. While calling tech support is never high on anyone's list of favorite things to do, we work every day to change that perception by providing fast friendly service with as many first call resolutions as possible. In the last 13 Years I have spent a lot of time talking with clients and working with them to find the best and most efficient practices to integrate the functions of our system into their everyday work. I am lucky enough to be able to pass this experience on to new and existing clients through our unlimited and completely personalized training sessions. In order to become a better trainer I completed the Train the Trainer Program at Dalhousie University in 2013 and followed that up with the Certificate in Adult Education from Dalhousie Universities College of Continuing Education in 2015.
