About Cory Clippinger

The architect plays a significant role in shaping our communities, our homes, and our work places. Good design brings us together, helps spur innovation, protects our environment, and improves the lives of building users. Mixing creativity, beauty, functionality, and feasibility, architectural design promotes radical thinking and acts as a catalyst to social change. The foundation for design innovation and inspiration rmly rests on the human experience—creating comfortable spaces that enhance the users’ lives. Deeply understanding users’ needs, desires, motivations, and aspirations allows the architect to respond purposefully and artfully. I respect the great responsibility entrusted to the architecture profession. Adhering to the highest ethical standards, engaging with building users, and executing meaningful design establish the guiding principles in my practice of architecture. Beyond architecture, my passion for music and the performing arts also in uence my design perspective. Music offers an audible, rather than visual creative expression. Integrating my diverse creative energies uniquely positions me to approach architecture in new and exciting ways. This portfolio will demonstrate the execution of my design philosophy, and attest to my commitment to learning and growing through collaborative, engaging, creative experiences in architecture and beyond.
