About Cory Dreiling

I am Certified Building Operator offering eight years of engineering, facility maintenance, and project management experience. As a Facility/Project Engineer, I have a proven track record of simultaneously delivering multiple large-scale, highly technical projects from inception through completion; while at the same time monitoring and managing the preventative and predictive maintenance of facility equipment and infrastructures. Such items include boilers, chillers, elevators, HVAC units, lighting, etc. I am able to consistently manage many aspects of a variety of projects and personnel while maintaining the foresight to understand future impacts. These projects include everything from installing new equipment to working with government regulatory agencies such as OSHA and the EPA to correct past issues. I recently obtained Building Operator Certification (BOC) Level 1 through the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council and am currently attending classes to complete Level 2 Certification. Using my own first hand knowledge as well as what I have learned from others, through the BOC program, and other research, I am currently in the process of writing my own facility management book.
