A Project Manager for Tank Vision, an expanding company providing excellence in design, engineering, manufacturing and installation of water storage solutions for a variety of large-scale applications. My career has grown with the company firstly two years as a Construction site supervisor followed by two year's as a project manager overseeing projects from engineering to manufacturing to installation, management and hiring of staff, scheduling work allocations for multiple construction site teams, project finances involving budgeting and cost management, coordination of trades and the implementation of safe work environments. The servicing, maintenance, inspection and cleaning of our tanks. I bring with me 10 year’s experience managing staff and businesses including 2 years in retail management and 5 years in the fitness industry. I hold multiple short course qualifications including management and working in confined spaces My strengths and knowledge include team management and leadership, problem solving and communication in conjunction with industry knowledge of installation and maintenance of circular square and rectangular water storage tanks flat and panel floors, lined and gasket tanks and concrete tanks.
