Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career with Wells Fargo: • Steering the $27.5 billion dollar global acquisition of GE Capital, integrating numerous complex systems, platforms, and data models into Wells Fargo's existing frameworks without business disruptions, overseeing enhanced commercial distribution finance and vendor and corporate finance while bolstering broker-dealer functions across the North America, APAC, and EMEA regions. • Spearheading strategic initiatives for adoption of next-gen technology platforms. Devising and incorporating flexible terms in the enterprise contracts to enable business partners to quickly adopt and adapt best practices. This resulted in $250 million dollars in operational cost savings. • Leading the electronification of vital documents, marking a critical milestone in the bank's digital transformation journey, and establishing a scalable platform that innovated business operations. Results were the establishment of a lean operations model that output a world wide leader of over 1 million pages of mortgage documents processed daily. • Overseeing the comprehensive demand, resource and vendor management aspects of the eSignature project, ensuring the optimal allocation and utilization of resources and fostering a conducive environment for the rollout of the platform.
