I serve as a point of contact representing key internal continuous improvement efforts and their advancement. My team of dedicated resources contains industry knowledge and expertise in the areas of project management and organizational change management. I understand that results are often achieved through teamwork and rarely accomplished overnight. Through an inclusive approach and by asking probing questions to uncover situational facts, I bring accountability to initiatives and clarity of next steps to meet valuable objectives.
